Easter Morning

Ada got lots of jellybeans, Liam a carton of peanut butter cups, and Helena a water bottle. There was plenty more, too, including tooth brushes. Helena didn’t look for the eggs so much this year, but Ada was excited. After eating jelly beans for thirty minutes, she grabbed her basket and stood by the door asking if we were all ready.

Easter Morning

The kids got up shortly after 6:00. Which made it way to early to even hunt for eggs in the back yard since it was so dark. It didn’t keep them from peeking out the window to get a early look, though. The Easter Bunny must have sensed that this would happen, so none were visible from the window. The temperature was only 24 degrees, so they were happy to come back inside.

I’m pretty sure that the Easter Bunny didn’t make it this difficult, Punky.

Easter Morning

Gifts

Ada begins. She ate more then the rest of us combined. She also ignored pleas to stop.

Liam doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth.

Since Ada lost the dye pack, the kids coloured eggs with markers and crayons. Here is some marker coming off onto Liam’s hand, much to his amusement.

Easter Morning

A very late Easter this year, so the weather was quite nice.
